beds felt super comfy, pillows too. location near the ayala mall made shopping easy. peoples are kind and so friendly, they give a warm welcome. i will be back soon!

it's uncool when management doesn't address stuff like that. i hope they improve security.

the staff greeted me warmly each day and quickly addressed my needs. i appreciated that my room received daily housekeeping services and fresh towels were provided. the buffet had many selections and i found something new to try each morning. i liked the easy access to the shopping center as it provided great convenience for meals.

the elevator seemed a bit slow at peak times, so i sometimes opted for the stairs to avoid delays. it wasn't a big problem but something i noticed.

bad soundproofingcracked tiles

the air conditioning was too loud, and the city noise was awful because the soundproofing was bad. the tv had old, worn-out tech requiring an extra box for channels i couldn't get working. the windows were dirty. the pool area was rundown with cracked tiles and grimy sun loungers. all the furniture around the pool was very worn. the noise was insane!!!
